"I made a room reservation and asked if the concierge service could get me a ticket for the Bradley basketball game. She called back to tell me the game was sold out. Yet - magically - when I arrived there was an envelope with my name on it.  Inside was a much desired ticket to the biggest basketball game at Bradley in years and the biggest crowd to see a basketball game at Carver Arena/Civic Center in history. After the game was over I go back to my room and I am the recipient of chocolate covered strawberries, bottled water and a bag of fresh nuts with 3 drink coupons. I do not think Vegas could do any better.  I was most pleased and most impressed. I will be back in Peoria in a couple of months. I look forward to a return visit. Thank you for everything."

"My husband and I celebrated our 3rd Anniversary this year.  The staff was wonderful with helping us to make sure we got to stay in the same room we had our honeymoon in.  We were also surprised to find chocolate-covered strawberries waiting in our room along with a card from the staff of Pere Marquette wishing us a Happy Anniversary.  They really went above and beyond to make us feel special!"
